Southern California native who spent a majority of his life in New Orleans, the city that inspires the majority of his works.

He follows in the footsteps of his mother, Eleanor Moffatt as an artist and designer.

Many of Moffatt's works take their color and inspiration from the culture and life of the people in New Orleans, LA.    The old French Quarter and the architecture of the city provided a large resource for the artwork that he has created.    From the swamps and bayou to the beaches of California, you will the influence of these two regions in his collection of artwork.
