This poster was created at in 1918 in a rare very large oversize version and the standard size that we are offering here. The smaller size is created; like most of the recreations on this web site; directly off the original; not photographs. We will be able to offer the super oversize version sometime in the future from our original. Until then this is the only one to one direct version available.
Columbia stand proudly with the American flag behind her as well as the flag in front of her. Her gold handled sword finishes the dress on the right side of this original poster. The Red Cross stands on the left helping hold the banner that reads Where Coumbia sets her name let everyone of you follow her.
December 16th to 23d.
A stunning example of excellent design work for bringing America to stand by the troops.
